Weekly Financial Check Up: February Week 2
Every Friday I post on my weekly income and expenses in an effort to keep on track of my budget for the month. By breaking down my transactions on a weekly basis I can see where my money is going and see if I am going to be able to stay under my total budget for the month.
Last week I did not post because there was only one day of spending by the time I would have had to post. This week I added in payments for rent and the electric bill which was MUCH higher than expected. It was still under the amount that I have set in my budget for electricity but it was still more than I have been paying and it was more than I expected to pay.
I spent $69.74 on food for the week and spent $73.69 on household items as well. I am glad that I have the rolling budget to take care of the differences between what I budget and what I actually spend in one month.
I was able to create one new loan in Lending Club from the receipts of that investment so I should be able to withdraw some money from the proceedings of the next few weeks.
