On this trip I paid $0 out of pocket for $10 worth of items. My goal for 2011 is to not spend any money out of pocket, while using coupons and ECBs to get tons of items at CVS, with an initial gift card of $50.

Those are some nice savings. I do not think I could manage not spending out of pocket all year but it is a great goal to set.

Very impressive. You sound thrifty and/or savvy, either way I like how you used CVS reward system to your advantage. A great example for why you should sign up for a rewards card when a cashier asks. Those extra care bucks can really add up.
