A few days ago my father called me and said he wanted a new digital camera. He was specific about what he wanted and told me to look around and get him something that fit his needs.

The first step for me would be to do some research online. I could look at the different cameras that are offered online and do a comparison. Then when I have enough data I would go into a store somewhere and actually play with use the camera to see how it feels in my hand.

I started to wonder WHERE I would be able to find what he was looking for and then I came across this site.

The Olympus Stylus 770 SW claims to be shockproof, waterproof and freezeproof. At first I wondered why a camera needed to be all of those things in addition to taking great pictures…..and then I thought of my father. He would certainly need all of the ‘proof’ features that this camera has to offer…and then some.

The camera is a 7.1 megapixel camera, which is just what my father wants. Since Olympus is a recognized brand name I think that the price range of $316 to $433 looks about right for that level of technology.

There are many more cameras to be found on the site so if Olympus is not your thing then you can look at other brands. There are things for the entire house and I did find that they have grapefruit scented candles which I just love. So although I started browsing for a camera I am sticking around to check out the candles. What will YOU find?
