Hello everyone and Happy 4th of July!!!

I will be spending a quiet day at home trying to get some rest. Mother is still in the hospital and might be released later this afternoon if she continues to show improvement.

She managed to eat some jello yesterday so they want to see if she can make the change to semisolid foods for the rest of the day.

Honey has gone down to be with some friends this holiday. He did not want to leave me…but I told him to go ahead and have some fun with his friends. He has been so sweet lately and I think he deserves a break.

He might come back on the weekend to spend time with me if they decide to keep mother over the weekend instead.

I will spend the day watching old episodes of Prison Break on Hulu.
