I had this Disclosure Policy drawn up because I sometimes do sponsored posts (gotta make those bill payments!) on this site. The general policy is as follows:
This policy is valid from 25 July 2007

Now when I do a sponsored post I have always written at the bottom of the post that it was a sponsored post because I do want my readers to know when I was being paid to write on a particular topic. I have had one sponsor that did not want the post to be disclosed as such within the post so this is where the general, site wide disclosure comes in.
I still tag all the sponsored posts as sponsored so you will always know what is a paid post.
