It is time again to check up on my finances and see how well I am sticking to my monthly budget. This week I received $11.37 from Lending Club and had enough to make  a new loan of $25.

I spent $11.03 on a working lunch with some of the more advanced students as I got insight into the PhD program and also got some ideas for research in the future. It is a bit much for what I am accustomed to spending for lunch but it included Starbucks….and we all know how expensive that can be.

That is basically all I spent this week so it was not too big a hit on the finances for the week. Next week is a big event for me so I know I will be spending a bit more then so it will all even out in the end.
