Welcome to Money Mondays!
(If you are not reading this post at www.howisavemoney.net or in your feed reader, it may have been stolen from my site.)
I used to post my financial inflows and outflows on Fridays in the past but I decided to move this to Mondays instead. Normally I go grocery shopping on Sundays after church. Now I will post the last week’s worth of financial inflows and outflows on Monday so that I can include the weekend spending as well.
This week my financial outflows were:
$30.26 for some food. I was out of bread and peanut butter which happen to be my every other day breakfast.
$87.16 on a second shopping trip to get pantry staples for the month. This purchase also included a couple of frozen pizzas for those lazy days. I also use those items when I have a migraine and do not have any other prepared food.
I paid rent and the phone bill came in at $32. This is my portion of the shared group phone bill.
$428.60 for the 6 month payment of my car insurance. I prefer to pay the 6 month blocks instead of monthly because there is a discount for 6 months.
$25 to renew my driver’s license. It expires in the middle of the month so I needed to get that taken care of.
$7.87 at the end of the week to get some fruits for the week. I purchased bananas, kiwis, and black plums.
This week my financial inflows were:
$8.79 from Lending Club loan repayments. I made a new loan for $25 and withdrew the balance as usual.
