Income for the month to date: $40.00

Expenses for the month to date: $1301.17

Net effect: -$1261.17

The expenses for the month are related mostly to rent and credit card payments. I did spend $30 on gas which is already 60% of my gas budget for the week so I really need to watch my driving for the next couple of weeks.

I also made my first payment to my loan on Lending Club, which took care of some of the higher interest credit card debt. I know there are a few PF bloggers out there who do not believe in P2P lending but it was really helpful to me. I was very happy to get the loan from people on Lending Club and I have made small loans there myself too because I believe in the system. I know I mention it a lot here but this is not because I am being paid to. Of course I will receive a referral bonus if you use my link to sign up and you will also make $25 yourself….but I am talking about Lending Club because it is something I have actually tried myself and I love it.

I have the bills from the surgery coming up quite soon since I received a statement from the insurance on the first bill that the doctor sent them.
