Help With A Hair Color Mistake: You can use a small dab of white toothpaste to scrub away any stains along the hairline and cover up your oops moment with the hair color.
Soothe A Bee Sting: The alkaline paste helps to neutralize the bee’s venom so spread a thin layer over a bee sting to ease the pain.
Display Artwork: Dab a little toothpaste on the back of papers to ‘glue’ them to the wall. Easy cleanup involves a wet sponge or paper towel when you are ready to take down the art.
Salvage Scratched Glass: A tiny dab of toothpast polishes the glass to remove small scratches until you can find a more permanent solution. Caution: DO NOT use on your car windows!!!
Freshen Your Car: Place a small amount of toothpaste on a paper towel, then fold and leave it in the car with the windows cracked. The sodium bicarbonate freshens while you are away and leaves your car smelling great.
Refresh Silver: Use toothpaste to polish old silver and restore the shine. I did this when I was little and it really works!!!!!
Clean Up Nails: The cleaning agents in toothpaste can help remove the yellow from your fingernails after they have been abused with nail polish.
Fog Proof Goggles: Rub some toothpaste on the inside of goggles and then rinse to have fog free goggles for swimming.
Get Grass Stains Out Of Denim: Using toothpaste as a prewash for grass stains on denim helps to break them down and remove them better than not doing it at all.
Spruce Up Leather: Like with the silver above, toothpaste can bring back some shine to white leather. Just polish and wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Do you have any other uses for toothpaste this summer?
I am a scuba Diver and I have been using toothpaste for years in my goggles, the stuff is great, and minty fresh too!
Apparently a dab of toothpaste can also dry up a spot if left on overnight… Just another one to add to your list, hehe.

Very interest – You can also use toothpaste over a zit or pimple and it should be able to dry up the zit/pimple and go away. 🙂
I like the get grass stain out of denim and fog proofing goggles – never knew that – must try one of these days.
Does the toothpaste on leather really work? I’m not willing to try on my clothes or couches.

Make sure it’s the white paste, and not a gel-type toothpaste first!
Guess that’s obvious, but you never know.

Besides using Toothpaste to sooth a bee sting, our family uses toothpaste whenever one of us has gotten a burn. By a burn I mean.. coincidently touching a hot plate, things like that.
Till then,

Interesting. I didn’t know about many of these. I have also used toothpaste on pimples to reduce the redness and size overnight.
I didn’t know the tips on leather, grass, bee sting, fog proof goggles. I want to add that when cleaning silver, putting some salt in a glass of water and then let your jewelry “soak” for a couple of hours and then polish it with toothpaste, intensifies the shine. Great ideas, I’ll keep those in mind! Thank you!
