Every Friday I post about my finances for the week in an effort to monitor my income and expenses. I used to post all of the actual figures but I have recently decided to stop doing this.

I will now post SOME of my actual expenses and leave the rest to your imagination.

This week my income was: Nothing at all but that is not a surprise as I only get paid once a month.

This week my expenses were: $5.37 on lunch for the day. I was part of a panel where lunch was provided over two days. On the second day I had to leave early to get some work done so I ended up buying lunch as I had been on campus all day.

I also spent $45.39 to order some household supplies online. I went through Swagbucks so I will earn cashback points for that and I had the minimum order that prevented me from paying for shipping. I am still under the shopping budget for the month after this purchase but it is getting close so I need to watch it for the next few weeks until the end of the month.
