On this trip I paid $0.00 out of pocket for $3.99 worth of items. My goal for 2011 is to not spend any money out of pocket, while using coupons and ECBs to get tons of items at CVS, with an initial gift card of $50.
On this trip the only thing I wanted that gave back ECBs was the mouthwash so that was what I got. That item gave back its cost in ECBs so it was FREE!!!!

CVS is great for deals. I love the Extra Care Bucks, but you have to use you Extra Care card to receive them. If you have a key tag and carry it on your key ring here’s a cool alternative. keytagfolders.com Works for me.
Thats great. i am still trying to perfect the usage of ECB’s and the other deals. I find it helps me to go on there website before I go to check on the deals.
Good job getting the free mouthwash. CVS must not like shoppers as strict as you. They obviously offer these deals expecting people to come in and buy other stuff too. I probably wouldn’t have the willpower to not get something else.
