I recently scored a FREE diabetes kit at CVS through a combination of using coupons and CVS sales. The diabetes kit contains
one monitor
10 testing strips
testing solution
and normally sells for about $60. I had a coupon for $30 off the price and the kit was on sale for $15 so I managed to get it for FREE by using my CVS card. I still have one of the kits that I got earlier from another CVS deal and I decided to give away my kit. Our secretary is diabetic and that kit is one of the ones she uses so I gave my find to her. She was very thankful because those diabetic supplies can get expensive and her eyes almost dropped out of her head when I told her that I did not pay anything for it. She has a CVS card but does not know how to really work the deals at CVS so I told her to be on the lookout as November is diabetes month and CVS will be having some great deals on supplies.
It always feels good to get free stuff and now I feel great for helping someone in need.
I love random acts of kindess – good for you!
I love it when I get deals like that.
I have kidney medicine for dogs (unopened) and special diet dogfood if anybody is interested.
One act of kindness deserves another.
I thought I found a bargain at RiteAid earlier this week where they were selling a $70 kit for $20. But this sure beats my find.
Hey don’t feel bad you still got a great deal. There is another monitor on sale at CVS this week as well…so I might go over to get that one too.
CVS is really good for pharmaceutical products. I’ll check it out sale at CVS.
