You guys and gals know that I got a part time stint for a couple of weeks over at the bookstore. Yesterday I was getting ready to leave when the manager asked if I was going to stay for the meeting they were having later. I did not have a clue what meeting they were having so I said no.

Then the assistant manager told me we would be going to Cheddars and they were paying for the meal. Wow! Free food that I actually like. Yes I was at the meeting…..and I even made a few points to add to the discussion. I got a ride to the restaurant with one of the employees so I saved on gas there.I was not able to eat all the food so I took a doggy bag home and then the remainder of the meal was my lunch. So I got two free yummy meals out of that meeting. Hurray!
