Welcome to Money Mondays!

I know that today is NOT Monday but I wanted to start the financial post on the first of the month! I’ve been super busy these last few weeks and I’ve also spent a LOT of money…some of which will be reimbursed.

I used to post my financial inflows and outflows on Fridays in the past but I decided to move this to Mondays instead. Normally I go grocery shopping on Sundays after church. Now I  will post the last week’s worth of financial inflows and outflows on Monday so that I can include the weekend spending as well.

This week my financial outflows were:

$110.70 for the electric bill. This should be my last bill for the old place as I put in a request form to have service disconnected on July 31st. I am surprised at the bill because even though it is hot the bill is much higher than last month’s.

$16.06 to eat out with a friend. It was her 30th birthday and she invited a bunch of us to a restaurant. Everyone had to pay for their own food and this amount included the tip I paid.

$39.03 to fill up my gas tank. I swear that running the a/c gobbles my gas up.
