Welcome to Money Mondays!

 I used to post my financial inflows and outflows on Fridays in the past but I decided to move this to Mondays instead. Normally I go grocery shopping on Sundays after church. Now I will post the last week’s worth of financial inflows and outflows on Monday so that I can include the weekend spending as well.

This week my financial outflows were:

$37.99 to fill up my gas tank. According to Mint the last time I bought gas was in April!!! This makes sense because I really have been sitting in the house and not doing much driving at all.

$258.29 for some household items, including two chests of drawers. I actually do not have chests in my bedroom even though I have been living here almost two years now. My folded clothes have been living in those plastic drawers and I am tired of the room looking like my college room. The drawers come in flat boxes and I will have to assemble them myself. There is assembly available for $49 per chest but I do not think I want some random person in my home right now. The assembly fee also does not include them moving it upstairs to the bedroom so I will just do everything myself.
