I used to post my financial inflows and outflows on Fridays in the past but I decided to move this to Mondays instead. Normally I go grocery shopping on Sundays after church. Now I  will post the last week’s worth of financial inflows and outflows on Monday so that I can include the weekend spending as well.

This week my financial outflows were:

$83.10 for the electric bill. It has been ridiculously hot here, over 100 for a couple of days during the week. Since it is summer and I am not teaching I am working from home most of the time. I keep the ceiling fans running but the air conditioner comes on quite frequently during the day.

$136.33 for my graduation regalia. This is just a rental fee so I have to return the items after. I almost wish I could keep everything as reminder and for the hefty cost!

$43.33 for gas. Once again I filled my tank from almost empty. I did not realize how much using the a/c in the car drained your gas. I have been driving less than during the semester but I am going through gas faster because of the heat.

This week my financial inflows were:

$0. I have not gotten paid yet!!
