Today I found out that one of my friends lost her baby. She had just found out about 3 weeks ago that she was pregnant and then today someone told me she lost the baby. She is inconsolable and basically going out of her mind. I have not seen her in a few years but I remember how we used to be and so I can sympathize with her.
I feel so sorry for her because she was sooooooooooooooo excited about the baby and everything. She was away from home studying to be a doctor and decided to go home for christmas when she found out she was pregnant. Then she loses the baby…..happy new year indeed.
My heart goes out to you sweetie…..and you are in my prayers.

That is very, very sad news. I imagine your friend will be very sad for a while. And it will all be dredged up again around the time when the baby would have been born. Stick by her and be around to make her laugh and take her mind off things.
Yes she was very devastated and then this year her mother just died of a heart attack….and she was doing her clinicals or whatever they are called on the cardiac ward (she is going to be a doctor) so now she is in even worse shape.
